Reader is completely gender neutral (they/them only!) and without any description/s.
I do choose your dragon though, to make it easier to write in that aspect & for the story.
This is also a Soulmate AU where the first sentence your soulmate says to you appears on your wrist/arm, and some other stuff involving said words/mark (these other things will be explained in the fic when they're actually important/happening though).
This also follows the RTTE Storyline for the most part, but at one point the plot/story changes (somewhat) and overall is more focused on YOU and therefore might show the episodes from a different point of view, or maybe not at all if you're not present for/in them.
English isn't my first language, please tell me if there are any spelling mistakes or if something could be worded better!

Viggo is seen as around 26-28 here, which is why you are around 23-25 (during RTTE). And you're also as tall as him.
Ryker is seen as 29-30.
Dagur is seen as 22-25.
Johann is seen as 26-29.
Krogan is seen as 26-30.
(The Prologue and the firsts two Chapters happen before RTTE, so your age is different there. That'll be said either at the beginning of the chapter or somewhere during it though so no worries.)

Your main outfit is completely up to you, however you do have 2 separate looks:
Your normal/main outfit (it should cover your body at least 85%, because you grew up in a really cold region and Berk is pretty cold too, probably) has to cover your wrists, it doesn't matter if it's just clothes or actual armour but something is covering your wrist at all times when you're not home. On top, you got some scales of your dragon on these wrist-coverings, as well as on your boots and back. How many/much is up to you, but it's enough to be noticeable (basically just a little bit of 'armour' for heat, noticeable but not really a main part).
The second outfit, your actual armour, is like the dragon suits in the third movie, just made of the scales of your dragon and in the "style" of that species; a stormcutter. It also has a flying/gliding suit similar to Hiccup's, but more designed for agility and speed (in/for short distances) instead of long flights.
One more thing (your weapon technically), you know the staff Valka has? Yeah you have one of those too, not the same one and again it doesn't have to be like hers 100% either. Just the overal shape should be the same, since you use it basically the same way she does (aka. holding onto Dragons horns with it etc).
Don't be fooled by the 'peaceful' look, not only can you also use other weapons, you also don't hold back when the time calls for actual fights.

(yes, this means with your full armour being made of her old scales, you're also nearly invisible)
Appearance:
Dimlight is dark purple, almost black. She has small turquoise dots on her wings and tail. She has two turquoise stripes on each of her legs and three stripes of the same color on her face. She has white eyes.

Also, I'll try to keep any A/N Chapters as minimal as possible, so I'm writing the most important stuff about you here in one big chapter instead of making small notes in all the future ones.
