You stare at yourself in the mirror, a soft smile growing on your face at how long your hair has become.
Today, you decided to go visit your father at the lab at his request, it has something to do with 'how you are now old enough to help him'
Even though you only turned twenty-one last month, you agreed to go, it's not like you have something better to do.
Plus you graduated college a year early, just because you worked hard on yourself.
"Don't worry, everything will be good, (Y/n)" you mumble to yourself.
But truthfully, you feel nervous about going to the lap and meeting your father's employees.
You walk over to your bed, and stare at your teddy bear, doubting whether you should take it with you or not.
This teddy bear gives you comfort at night, so there's no harm in taking it with you.
Hopefully, no one sees it, especially your strict father.
"Don't worry, I won't let anyone see you, Legolas"
You say before stuffing the teddy bear in one of your suitcases.

And you already feel uncomfortable in here, very uncomfortable.
The moment you stepped a foot into the building, you felt very discouraged
"What do you think?" Dr Brenner asks you, looking proud and cheerful.
"What is inside those rooms, Papa?" you reply to his question with another one.
"Your siblings" his reply shocked you.
"S-siblings" you utter out in shock.
"Yes, I took those children in, and became their Papa just like I'm to you, the only difference is that you were raised outside the lap"
Hearing that, made your stomach twist in worry, realising what is going on in here.

This only means that your father is experimenting on innocent young children.
"If you want to see them, follow me"
Hoping that this might ease your worry, you do as you are told and follow your father inside one of the rooms.
Maybe the experiments are just easy psychological ones, where there's no pain or hardship.
Or at least that's what you are trying to convince yourself with.
Once you enter the room, your eyes widen slightly, causing you to clutch your hands to your skirt.
All the children's hair is cut very short, while they are dressed in those hospital gowns.
They were playing games.
But stopped and lined up once they realised that Dr Brenner has walked in.
"Good evening children, there's someone I would like to introduce to you" your eyes scan every child.
Your eyes turn glassy, nevertheless, you don't dare to cry in front of them.
"This is (Y/n), my daughter, and your older sister"
All the children's curious eyes turn towards you, but the two older ones who look to be in their teens, are the most surprised.
You catch the eyes of a young girl, honestly, how you assumed her gender was beyond you, they all look similar in appearance.
"(Y/n), this two, three, four, ..."
A tear escapes your right eye, feeling your throat tightens up, as you hear their names being called.
Their names were all numbers.
No child should be treated that way, what has your father done.
"...Eleven"
Once Dr Brenner finishes the introduction, he notices your tears.
"Peter escort (Y/n) to her room"
A handsome young man with golden hair and blue eyes walks towards you.
"Shall we go?" Peter whispers in your ear.
Dr Brenner watches you leave the room with Peter, before turning back to the children.
"Is she going to be alright, Papa?" Eleven asks, worried about you.
You seem like a nice person.
However, Eleven can't help but wonder the reason why you were crying.
Dr Brenner smiles at the younger brunette girl.
"Yes, she is just exhausted from her trip"

"I apologise for crying" that is the first thing you say when you enter your new room.
"There is nothing to be sorry about"
Peter closes the door, so nobody enters the room.
There are no cameras in your room.
Something which Peter immediately takes notice of.
Something which he believes to be a mistake on Dr Brenner's part.
The handsome guard pulls a handkerchief out of his pocket and starts wiping your tears away.
"It's ok, everything will be ok"
Peter won't waste this chance of tripping the daughter of the man he hates within his grasp.
He will Dr Brenner pay through using you, his innocent young daughter.
Maybe, in some other ways too.
