Please check the board's notice when you get into work. The short version is: due to our ever growing space problem i decided that customers will now be allowed to ask if we have any space open. I don’t want this to be done by one person, to avoid favouritism, we are a modern establishment after all. That’s why they will be allowed to sign up for a group chat, where they can ask how it’s looking. However we will not reserve tables. If a table gets occupied while they’re on their way, we won’t be responsible for that, we need our walk-in-customers. This is why I’ll be allowing you to check your phones. Keep them on silent, please mute everything but the Groupchat while you’re at work. The first person to see it answers please. Youngbook-ah, Minho-yah, Wooyoung-ah, I expect the three of you to be least involved in this, as you should be taking care of food hygiene anway. A notice has been put up, hopefully we can stop disruptive atmospheres like the one yesterday. For those of you who weren’t present, we had two young women fighting over a table and they ended up breaking a couple of cups. Sihyeon, I think those were your friends. I’ve got enough on my plate with Kwon and his thugs hovering around to make me sell the place and we can’t afford a proper booking software right now.
Furthermore I decided that I’m unhappy with our staff roster. This is why we will split the shifts differently now, check the board for a detailed look but from now on we will be working:
Weekdays and sunday (rotating) Opening to Afternoon: Yunho, San, Youngbok
Weekdays and saturday (rotating) Noon to Closing: Mingi, Yiren, Wooyoung
Sihyeon and Minho work both weekend days
