Summary
It's seventh year and Wren Hawthorne is desperate to move further in her relationship with Sebastian. Sebastian is on board, eager and just as desperate as Wren to explore new intimacies. He sets up a special place in the Undercroft where they won't be disturbed.
Ominis has watched his best friend fall in love with Wren for the last three years. For the last two, he has found himself developing feelings for her as well, and although he doesn't want to break up their relationship, he is loathe to see any harm come to her. Knowing his best friend doesn't have the best impulse control, Ominis eavesdrops on the situation, telling himself that he just wants to ensure that things go smoothly. When things start to go sideways, he finds himself as the voice of reason as he steps in to try and salvage the situation.
Wren finds herself in the middle of them both, caught between emotions and desire, walking a very thin line between friends and lovers. What happens when that line begins to blur?

Your hands were demanding; pulling at the lapels of his coat and tugging his shirt from the waistband of his trousers to expose creamy, smooth skin. His hiss of pleasure when your chilled hands roved over his stomach sent a bolt of pure lust straight to your core, and you damn near straddled him right then and there.
