Go Hyuntak had lost his fucking mind. For several nights now, he’d been pacing in his room, coming up with imaginary scenarios, listening to Lana Del Rey, and fucking giggling. He had—he had midterm assignments due, for God’s sake! He didn’t have the time—nor the bandwidth—to be acting like a damn fool. But here he was, clawing at the walls and kicking his feet against the bed. This whole debacle had been eating into his sleep, too, and he’d go to class running on at least two cans of Celsius, looking like a damn zombie, sitting behind...him.
There was a boy.

“Are you stalking me?” Hyuntak asks through gritted teeth.
Seongje scoffs. “Don’t let it get to your head. It’s just business.”
Hyuntak sees the glow of the embers out of the corner of his eye as Seongje inhales, sees his arm stretch out and his fingers flick the cigarette across the asphalt. He keeps his gaze pointedly forward.
“Business I don’t want to be a part of,” Hyuntak says sharply. “So stop asking.”
Seongje scoffs again, or maybe he laughs. “It’s not a request.”
“I don’t care what it is,” Hyuntak snaps and stops in his tracks. He looks at Seongje. “Just leave me the fuck alone.”
