After the car ride (and the failed conversation about their feelings), Katsuki’s damn Omega hormones went haywire. It turns out he’s now experiencing something called ‘rejection sensitivity’ from ‘his mate’ which — trust his fucking luck.
He can’t sleep, can’t eat, can’t work. His skin is too tight and everything hurts all the time.
The cure? Spending quality time together and repairing their relationship. Katsuki gave up on any reciprocation a long time ago — Izuku is with Cheeks and he’s a big boy. He just needs to get some fucking rest.
But Izuku wouldn't notice anything unless Katsuki threw it at the nerd's head.

Summary
Izuku bursts through the front doors of the intensive care unit of Shizuoka Hospital. His vision tunnels as he takes in the front desk and the various bruised and battered heroes sitting in the waiting room, blood, dirt, and grime still caked onto their bodies. He’d been in the middle of class when he got the call. It was Ochako on the other end, doing her best to keep her voice soft and steady, her words careful. All she had to say was, “Bakugou was injured,” and Izuku hung up, ending class early with a shaky, frantic voice, tears blurring the edges of his vision.
Or, when Katsuki is severely injured after experiencing a PTSD episode in the middle of a villain attack, Izuku is there to help him pick up the broken pieces, and face the shadows they've both been ignoring for so long.

Well," Hawks got out two pieces of paper and turned them around on the desk, "two children have been confirmed to have a combination of your genes. Which makes them your children, technically."
Izuku is twenty-four, exhausted from juggling his teaching duties at UA and his part-time hero work. Katsuki is firmly in the Top 5, busy and driven as always. After twenty years of being friends on and off, they are finally at a place where they can be equals. But neither of them expected a call from Hawks about a Commission raid, and they definitely didn't expect to find out that a villain operation had created two biological children using their DNA.
Tossed into the unknown head-first, they step up to take them in. Moving into a shared safe house, Izuku and Katsuki have to figure out how to care for six-year-old Kana, who idolizes heroes, and two-year-old Sai, who doesn't have a quirk and is terrified of the world. Between navigating their own childhood trauma, adjusting to domestic life, and trying to make small children feel safe, they might actually figure out how to heal themselves along the way.

When a UA student goes missing, GEMGD Agency gets assigned to his rescue, with Katsuki leading the operation and Izuku appointed as faculty expert. Now forced to work together, the feelings Katsuki thought he had buried resurface in the most unhealthy way possible.
"Are you sleeping with him?"
"So I'm sleeping with him, Mina. Why the fuck do you care?"
