But transmigrating into a whole new world filled with terrorizing canaballistic terrors is not exactly what he had in mind.
(or a good-for-nothing holed up in a penthouse in California ends up on the wrong side of the bed and must navigate on how to survive in a whole new world with his two hamsters. His solution is to mess with the plot.)

“’m sorry.” Dean wasn’t sure of what or which instance he was exactly apologizing for, but all he could do at the moment was hope he could lessen John’s incoming wrath.
He sniffed, quickly regretting the decision to do so.
Every time he breathed through his nose, it felt like it was clogged, as if a great big dam had been wedged inside and wooden splinters were continuously prodding the sensitive skin.
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry.” He sputtered out.
It was a pathetic attempt to mask the warble of emotion that crept into his voice. He kept repeating the same phrase like a broken record as he gradually shrunk under the dead-weight pressure of his own body.

Obito learns this isn't common practice across the Elemental Nations when he's sent on a long-term mission to Rivers. His goal is to locate and confirm the identities of the Fire Country omegas being kept as slaves in Tani's breeding barracks so that one day soon, they can bring them home.
He doesn't expect to find someone there who he long thought was dead.
