Then she notices how much he looks like Danny. How much he sounds like him. How similar their mannerisms are, and their habits, and their sense of humor.
Unfortunately, she still manages to come to some slightly wrong conclusions.

Scarred fingers stroke his chest in a soothing gesture, and for a moment he wants to slap them away. It's shitty Deku's fault he's fighting back these inane jittery nerves at all. Freckled bastard wants to talk about feelings and boundaries and other stupid, sappy shit, even though Katsuki is perfectly fucking fine with this remaining what it is — plain and easy fucking, where no one asks questions and no one's owed answers.
The sort of fucking that'll keep Shouto around. Because the alternative is that he runs, and runs, and becomes nothing more than a pixelated villain takedown on a TV screen and a polite bow at an awards show and Katsuki and Deku are back to where they started.
(No — they'd be worse off than where they started. Because they'd started off dreaming about the shape of Shouto between them, their omegan instincts clamoring to know how he tastes. And now, they'll be laying next to a cooling chasm on the bed they'd purchased to fit the three of them, wishing they could forget it.)
OR: Todoroki shares his ruts, and very little else, with Bakugou and Midoriya. This time, instead of letting him leave without a word, the two insist he stay a while.

Katsuki can barely breathe at this point, and his heart is beating so fast that it can’t be healthy with his condition. He realizes with horror and a dropping stomach that he might actually die from this. He might actually get taken out, not by the hands of a monster or a villain, but by the hands of the person he loves most in his life.
That’s somehow worse.Alternatively: Izuku is caught by a villain's mind-control quirk, so strong that not even One For All can break him away from it. The villain is desperate to run away, so to create a distraction, he gives Izuku only one order: that he should kill his partner and boyfriend Dynamight. It's up to Katsuki to face the consequences of that.

Or: Sanji unwittingly becomes a Gothic romance heroine, Mihawk’s attempts at gracious hosting backfire, and Zoro just wants to get some goddamn sleep.
