Summary
There were many rumors in the village around Sakura's departure. Some claimed that the day before she disappeared, in the Hokage's office someone had broken a window with a chair from the inside. Some said that the kunoichi ran out of the room injured, with blood dripping down her face. Others said the medic prodigy had decided to become a rogue. No matter how true the rumors were, every shinobi of The Hidden Village of the Leaf knew that mentioning Sakura Haruno in the company of the Rokudaime was a big mistake.
But now, five years later, the kunoichi has to turn her life upside down once more, returning to the village with Sasuke to help Naruto take over as the next Hokage. And it probably wouldn't be so terrible if it didn't force her to face the ugly truth - the dreams for which she had once sacrificed her life were as far from fulfilled as on the day she left the village. And the man she followed was as unreachable as ever. But he was her great only love, right?
