Behind him, Hannibal’s breathing is barely audible. Always so damn composed. Or perhaps Hannibal is really asleep? Perhaps the touch is only accidental? It’s the soft pad of a thumb on the back of his neck and the tips of loosely curled fingers stirring his curls more than resting against his skin.
Shouldn’t he hate it? Or at the very least, fear it? Deep down he feels something else entirely. Relief of some undefined kind that he fiercely pushes away and refuses to acknowledge. It’s too embarrassing. He can’t be that person. Can’t be that weak.
A fic in which touch-starved Will finally acknowledges what he wants.

Summary
Hannibal is still livid over whatever bond he imagines Will and Matthew formed at the BSHCI. It isn’t real. It never was.
Will could never make Hannibal see that though. So here he is, sitting on some sort of steel table, naked, as per Hannibal’s arrangement. Matthew is standing in front of him, close enough for his breath to sway his bangs. “It’s been a while,” Matthew says, wearing that eerie smile. Will does not return it.
Or: A gift fic to my lovely fandom-sire for her birthday. This was the prompt she gave me:
Will being forced to give in because the boys are too focused on over performing . Like they stop even realizing he's there just trying to one up each other and maybe Will is a sopping mess by the end of it. Maybe at the start he wasn't interested but the attention starved boy inside slowly gives in.
