And Caitlyn's mother has been pressuring Caitlyn to have a plus one to the 'Kiramman's Engineers of the Future' gala. Too bad Caitlyn's planned plus one had forgotten about their plans.

Summary
Vi and Tobias finally talk, and Tobias apologizes. Caitlyn gets some deserved sleep. Vi finds a kitten and Tobias secretly (not so secretly) wants to keep it. A new family member is officially added to the family. Also, they are all moving through the motions of their own grief while settling in their new lives.
(I saw the Amanda Overton TikTok interview on the League of Legends account, and she said that once Tobias moved through his grief, he would love Vi. I truly believe that too.)

Summary
Gaming streamer Vi (viisforviolence) is playing Baldur's Gate 3 with some streamer friends. She's starting a campaign with Jinx (getjinxed), Ekko (TheBoySavior), and Viktor (theMachineHerald). Vik is offline due to a honeymoon trip, so they subbed in Shadowheart as a companion. Streaming AU, no knowledge of Baldur's Gate 3 needed.
Caitlyn gives Vi a welcomed surprise.
Fluff, family moments, gay panic, and slight spice ensues.
