Summary
“You’re a bleeding heart and you love those boys like nothing else,” Changbin fills in his silence for him and Chan looks up with guilty eyes and a heart full of sorrow.
“Is that really so bad?” He asks, promptly causing Changbin’s softened features to shift into shocked disbelief.
“Not at all, hyung,” he protests immediately, fingers tightening their hold on Chan’s shoulder again. “It’s wonderful. You’re wonderful. They couldn’t have been luckier to have someone like you taking care of them.”

Summary
“Thank you so much for the help,” he says, pushing himself back up to stand. The young man follows along, still smiling like the kind of person who always sees the best in everything - or tries to, at least. Sometimes Chan wishes he could be like that, too.
“You’re very welcome,” the young man says, his warm brown eyes earning a golden sheen from the sunlight shining right into them. “Can I have your name?”
Perhaps foolishly, Chan says: “Oh, sure, it’s Chan.” He dips into a bow. “It’s nice to meet you.”
When he straightens back up, the young man is gone.
And so, Chris finds out half an hour later when he makes it to class, is his name.

Summary
Being married to Bang Chan, oldest son of the Bang family and heir to the Bang corporation, probably sounds like a great idea to many people. It sounded like a great idea to Minho as well. Theoretically. On paper.
The reality is much less appealing. Or that is to say; the reality is exactly what it promised to be. A luxury apartment, a luxury lifestyle, a hot husband to show off at luxury parties, anything and everything that money can buy. It’s the perfect arrangement.
Or it was. Originally. Before Minho had to go and develop feelings.
Like an idiot.

Summary
“I probably don’t say it often enough. You mean a lot to me. All seven of you. We’ve shared so many moments together it’s hard to imagine a life without you guys in it.” Maybe this is too much now, but Hyunjin’s never been able to stop his mind from spinning quite so easily once it was put in motion. “I guess sometimes I just feel so different from all of you. Like it doesn’t come as easy to me as it does to you guys.”
“What doesn’t?” Jeongin asks, seeming confused.
It makes Hyunjin shy, in a way, to know that he’s really listening, that he’s trying to understand. He breathes out a sheepish little smile. “Friendship, I guess. Talking. Human interaction. Feeling like I belong. All of it.”

Summary
If you ever see this—
if the universe hiccups,
and you somehow land in a strange corner of the internet,
where your silhouette is folded into someone else’s midnight—
I hope you know:Someone’s been rooting for you.
Quietly.
Gently.
Even if you don’t smile.
Even if you never look over.
Even if you’re not real.Goodnight, stranger.
I’ll be here again tomorrow.– J

Originally tagged "god this was so soft and beautiful", "read it on my worst day and it both soothed me and made things exponentially worse" and "to be loved is to be seen is to love yourself". Anyway... I can't say much about this because it made me feel too much to still use words properly. I can say that I loved it, though, and that this is perhaps the first time a fic in this format made me feel this much. Writer has a way with words that is so gentle and soft and made me able to imagine everything so very clearly it was almost like I was there with the characters. Highly recommend.

Summary
Jeongin was completely comfortable with the fact that his dad’s love came in the form of cheese buldak and mint chocolate chip ice cream and silly little gifts and bags upon bags of home cooked food and cups of coffee and lighthearted scolding, he always has been. But apparently, he actually does express his love in other ways. A lot of other ways. Through pet names and hand holding and hugs and arms slung around shoulders and kisses on foreheads and by saying it. He says it all the time.
Just not to Jeongin.
Jeongin's dad's new boyfriend invites him on their couples trip to Mexico. He sees a side of his father that he has never seen before.

Bookmarker's Notes
Originally tagged "I feel so much for Jeongin in this one", "his inner dialogue was so fucking funny", "but then I started to love him", "so I started to hate Minho", "I've yet to forgive him tbh" and "but I'll allow him bc Jeongin did". What can I say. This was definitely the fic that sparked the need in my to write bound for something. I needed to soothe my inner child and also give Jeongin all the love at the same time. Because this one was just... So good. So real. So... everything. Jisung is an innocent party in this but I'm yet to make my peace with Minho. He definitely made me want to yell at him and maybe slap him around a little. Anyway. My baby forgave him so eventually I might find it in myself to do the same........ Probably not.
Read this if you want to love Jeongin so much you're ready to fight Minho I guess? lmao -

Summary
Nothing in Minho's life is ever complete until he's shared it with Jisung; such has been the case for the last twenty years. It gets to a point.
He's seen Jisung interact with countless patients and families. He’s seen how his charm and confidence make even the parents who side eye him for his youthful face and the tattoos on his arms come to trust him with their entire worlds. The children themselves are even quicker to warm up to him, and Jisung is always able to examine them without any major fuss.
Sometimes Minho wishes he could send him off to do his rounds for him.

Originally tagged "for a little while there I lived in that hospital with Minho", "what a lovely story" and "my heart is soft". This is a lovely piece and I adored the way it really pulled me into that universe along with them. I came out feeling warm affection for both the characters and the writer.

At the Levanter Bed & Breakfast, Minho and Jisung's relationship follows the flow of the seasons: the hope that spring brings, the flaming intensity of summer, the quietude of fall and the cold of winter that has one craving more warmth.
(the one in which we pick up where we left minho and jisung, who had just found their way into each other's lives again)

Originally tagged "the first one was good", "but this one was perhaps even better", "like a warm hug", "or old friends" and "I love when bitsori bitsoris". What can I say? I do love when bitsori bitsoris. This one is lovely and a little painful and a lot good and just... Soft. I love soft. Sometimes (a lot of the time lately tbh) soft is really necessary. :)

Or, a queer Hometown Cha Cha Cha AU.

Originally tagged "i love this so much", "Minho's just.....", "ugh", "this and that for real" and "THE WRITING!!!!!!". I loved reading this little Hometown Cha Cha Cha rewrite, and considering I didn't even finish the drama that says a lot. This writer is always good, though, so it didn't surprise me that I loved this one as well. Either way, check it out!
