Michael has been 'with' his father William for a long time. He likes it, but lately it's been a strain on him with the increase in sex when he's already so tired. His Papa knows, though.
Or, William fucking Michael whenever he's visibly stressed out by anything after he entered high school roughly a year and a half prior (whether Michael is receptive that day or not), to condition Michael into craving the pleasure that gets forced on him as "relief" in response to whenever he's stressed...slowly rewiring Michael's chemistry and what his body seeks under strain & exhaustion.
