“I’ve missed you.”
These are the first words Yang Jungwon says to the boy in front of him, someone he most definitely does not know.
What the hell. Why did he say that? What the hell, what the hell what the—
The boy blinks his confusion away before he quirks his mouth up in a half smile, his eyes shining with mirth.
“I don’t know you,” he says with certainty. “But I’ve missed you too, I guess.”
Jungwon is one of the few people who can remember their past lives, and Jongseong has been in too many of his. That doesn't make saying I love you any easier, though. If anything, it only makes it harder.

Summary
Jungwon’s body is failing him. Jay’s life was never his to begin with.
One is running out of time. The other doesn’t know what to do with his. They were never supposed to cross paths. But when an underground fight club collides their worlds, the lines between them start to blur. And nothing about it is fair, or safe, or simple.
One fights to feel in control. The other, to escape his own shadow. What starts as blackmail turns into a quiet tug-of-war, of power, of guilt, of attention, of care that feels too close to weakness. And in the middle of it all: two teenage boys, caught between denial and inevitability, trying to make sense of themselves, of each other, and the time they don’t have.
Or:
Love doesn’t wait until you’re ready. Neither does time.

Summary
"Are you falling in love with me, Wonie?" Jay asks in a chuckle. "Be honest."
"Ha!" Jungwon retorts. "You wish! What about your boyfriend then?"
A reply not even a heartbeat later. "I'd dump him for you."
Jungwon scoffs, giving Jay a funny look, "That's ridiculous."
or, being married to Jay isn't as bad as Jungwon initially thought. except for the circumstance: they both have boyfriends outside the marriage. (or so Jungwon thinks.)

Summary
When Jungwon was thirteen, he secretly fell in love with his brother's best friend.
Jay had a cold demeanor, but he was always speaking in frivolous ways. He often came to Jungwon's house, spending entire afternoons in Sunghoon’s room playing video games.
Occasionally, when Jungwon brought in snacks for them, Jay would casually glance over and smile mischievously, saying,
“Kiddo, what’s the matter with you? You blush every time you see hyung.”
And Jungwon would.

Summary
The silence between them grew heavier with each passing hour, a living thing that fed on unspoken apologies and swallowed questions whole.
It pressed against the walls of their shared history, threatening to crush everything they'd once meant to each other under the weight of what they couldn't bring themselves to say.
It wasn't that they didn't care.
Maybe they cared too much.
Maybe the problem was that their emotions didn't move in the same direction—like planets orbiting the same sun but never meeting, each following their own path through the darkness while yearning for collision.
And so, they drifted.
Two minds filled with questions.
Two hearts too afraid to ask.
And still, neither one found the courage to break it.
