Aizen's order was to "Capture the Soul Reaper with the orange hair and the black bankai" however Ulquiorra finds him uninteresting, and deemed too weak to be of value to lord Aizen. After his fight with the boy in the world of the living alongside Yammy's side.
But Aizen was clear in his demand and he was adamant about the order. "Capture Ichigo Kurosaki and bring him to me, alive," and when the Espadas succeed the entire course of events in the war against Aizen is turned on it's head with Ichigo at the heart of Las Noches, chained, restrained and at the fingertips of his creators will. Meanwhile the Gotei 13, as well as our friends in the world of the living is scrambling both to prepare for war, as well as dealing with the aftermath of their strongest card suddenly landing in the hand of the enemy.

“Oh, that’s easy.” His hand twisted a knob, and the notes came out sharper. “It is infected—Petrova Line and everything.”
In Grace's opinion, dreaming about time traveling is no excuse for getting out of practice with his Eridian. To the rest of the Petrova Taskforce, it seems a bit odd that their resident Astrophage expert has suddenly taken to carrying a keyboard around and playing it whenever he speaks. Eva Stratt resolves to figure out what is going on.
