Zoro looks past the deck’s rails, past the marine ships trying to sail away, and just sees the wide expanse of water surrounding the warship. There’s just water, only water, until the horizon bleeds into the dark night sky. He looks at the woman who’s gotten some of her bearings back and asks, “Where are we?”
It’s not her that answers. It’s another man, towering over Zoro, his face hidden in the shadow of a green cloak. “The East Blue. You’re a little far from your village, little swordsman.”
