There was something always off about the Itadori twins. Not necessarily wrong, per se, about either of them individually (although anyone could make a case against Sukuna’s constant attitude), but when they were together, there was simply something… wrong.
Anyone who saw them would think they were close and anyone who actually knew them knew it was abnormally so. Still, everyone chalked it up to codependence; losing both their parents at a young age and having to practically raise each other while under the care of an ailing grandfather would do that to anyone really. Once they met their soulmates, surely they’d slowly leave each other’s orbit.

Summary
Sukuna says nothing else, does nothing else, for a suspended moment, before his fingers twitch into motion and finally, finally link properly with Yuji’s.
Yuji swallows on a dry throat. Their hands move instinctively, mindlessly, adjusting so that it’s more comfortable, coming right back together with a connection that feels as natural as breathing. As right as the stars in the sky; pressed together fingertip to palm heel.
Yuji’s stomach erupts with butterflies, squirming and hatching and fluttering up his esophagus. He tries to swallow them back, once and then twice, and then he catches Sukuna’s softened gaze lazily taking in the clasp of their hands, and it all falls apart.
Within one blink and the next, Yuji tosses the cursed corpse to the farthest corner in the room. It squeaks as it collides with the wall and slides sadly down.
Then, Yuji tightens his grip, sucks in a breath, and tugs Sukuna into a bruising kiss.

Sorcerer brothers Yuji and Sukuna compare hand sizes. It’s only natural, then, that it snowballs into making out. Obviously.

Megumi smiled. He smiled crookedly, his beautiful lips curving to one side. Yuuji felt like he was seeing things; the hit must have left him insane, because now he was having visions. He had never seen Fushiguro Toji smile. This was new. This was crazy. It was as if Toji had lost twenty years and was smiling. Total madness.
Or
Megumi works at his veterinary clinic now and has a completely legal and normal life. He was naive to believe he would never have to set foot in his father's club again, until Toji drags a bloodied boxer into his apartment.

Summary
Sukuna’s taken him to the couch, a bit annoyed at the dead weight in his arms.
“I guess you can’t hold your alcohol, huh?”
Yuuji purrs, leaning into him with his eyes closed. He’s definitely happy right now. Sukuna lays back, taking Yuuji with him and they lay like that for a while, the movie they were going to watch now forgotten.
Two alphas laying together like this is absurd but as Yuuji purrs, Sukuna realizes there’s nowhere else he’d rather be right now.
His teeth itch.
“Smells like peaches.”
Sukuna chalks it up to the sake but Yuuji freezes, tilting his head up from Sukuna’s chest with big eyes.
“Do you… like peaches?”
Or which, Yuuji and Sukuna hate each other's guts and that somehow opens the door for more.
