Lawrence swallowed some bile stuck in his throat after that horrible dose of liquid IV he was given. He had to take it after every meal to ensure his fluids stayed stable after the amputation. After being in the hospital for two and a half weeks, you would think he would be cleared to start physical therapy, even if it was the smallest bit. However, it was still too painful, more mentally than anything considering the amount of painkillers he was on. That being said, one thing made it bearable.
"You think since you lost your leg, your boner will get bigger?"
Yeah, that's him.
