Summary
Tengen Uzui has always been a perceptive person, he doesn't tend to have difficulty breaking down people's walls and getting to know them. Knowing what makes a person tick is truly comforting, especially when you come from a place like he did where everyone could turn out to be an enemy out for your head. Yet, no matter how hard he tries, he cannot figure out the Water Hashira. Maybe one chance interaction will give him that perfect avenue.
Tomioka Giyuu knows one thing for sure, no one can know what's happened. It doesn't matter. He doesn't want to explain what became after it all. Even if he had to choose between explaining and showing the effects of what has happened to him to the people around him; he'd rather humilate himself than pour his heart out on the ground. But, one rough night changes his mind as a specific coworker begins to chip through his illusiveness in a way he never thought anyone would.
