Summary
After an incident during hero training, Denki is offered medical training under Recovery Girl. I see potential in him, says she. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, who is he to deny? He accepts and he learns what medicine can do in a perilous situation. Medical training (from THE Recovery Girl) will be amazing in his resume if he ever becomes a Pro Hero, but Denki enters a state of dilemma when he realizes that he still wants to save people, just not as a hero.
Needless to say, Denki is stressed over his future.

Kamado turns his nose up, snatching the demon’s kimono from the ground. He thumbs it with a kind of care long lost amongst the demon slayers, like it’s something special. “They were still human, once. Those remains deserve to be buried.”
“You’re too soft. Softness gets one killed in this line of work.” Giyuu responds.
Kamado’s lips thin. “It’s a good thing I’m not a slayer, then, Tomioka-san.”
Or; Tomioka Giyuu and the Kamado siblings meet under snowfall, air rancid with blood, teeth gnashing and metal gleaming. Hatchet in trunk, hand in hand, they descend the mountain together.
Alternatively; Where Tanjirou does not become a slayer, and Giyuu is the one to take him and his sister in.

Summary
Kaoru and Souma live together, naturally as they're romantic partners. The former takes care of the household chores most of the time, even though he's busy with work as well. The latter tries to do the same, although it is habitual for him to honor his work. Though Kaoru knows how loved he is and doesn't ask for any more.
But of course, Kaoru asks a silly question, "Do you think we're soulmates in every universe?" They had both asked the same thing in the past before they got into a relationship; they were in drunken states then. Repetitive but the answers varied. This story reminisces the instances.
