She should put it back. Whatever it is, it’s Will’s business, not hers. If she needed to hear it, he would tell her. Since he hasn’t said anything about it, she doesn’t need to worry.
But it doesn’t take long for curiosity to get the best of her. If nothing else, she wonders what, exactly, about that day had stuck out so much in Will’s mind. Which case it was, or what musings he wants the option to revisit later.
There’s an extra tape recorder in the living room, she knows. It doesn’t take long before she’s found it in a drawer and popped the tape into place.

All in all, Nick considered this a successful evening. He single handedly got the three suspects, interrupted a kidnapping in the process and successfully saved the hostage. Okay, the hostage running away because he's a Grimm and then falling through the floor is not exactly what most others would call a success. But hey, nobody's perfect, right?
At least Nick is in good company while he's waiting for his friends to come to the rescue. And surprisingly, this turns out to be one of the most interesting evenings he's had in a long while. But that might be the blood loss talking.Bookmarked by sweetandviolent
