"Kill me," Robotnik rasps, voice hoarse and scratchy, catching Stone off guard.

He grips the cuff of his Agent's sleeve, dragging Stone's hand up to his bare throat with his aching arm, the cobra's hand freezing against the roaring heat of Ivo's skin.
"Stone. Please, you have to trust me." He catches the man's gaze in his own, soft brown, almost burgundy, meeting his swirling passionate gold as he pushes his shifted form as close to the surface as he could in his wounded state. "Bite me, right here."

Summary
Donna wasn’t exactly sure what had happened on that trip. The one time she got to have a spa day, and it ended with a quiet Doctor, an announcement over the intercom, and no explanation as to what had happened. Oh, she had heard the official report, told to her by the clerk that had checked the two of them in, but that hadn’t done anything to explain why the Doctor had just melted into her hug and said nothing for a long while afterwards.

After the events of Midnight, Donna notices that the Doctor is a bit more shaken than usual. She doesn't want to force him to talk, but she's there if he needs her. Which he does.
