For eight years, Est has been alone—by choice or by fear. Once an international swimming champion, now a young business owner, he suddenly has too much time to wonder if he’s still capable of love.
So when the models for his brand, Middle Riddle, arrive, one catches his attention: a guy dressed head-to-toe in black, leather jacket, tinted glasses, frowning. Their eyes meet—hazel, not as cold as the rest of him. Est feels something he hasn’t in years.
Trying to lighten the mood, Est offers a pastel blue shirt. “Bro, why not try some colors?”
The room goes silent. The guy replies, flat and emotionless: “I can’t see colors… bro.”
And just like that, Est realizes that maybe the one who could bring color into his life… can’t see them at all.
