What I kind of wish happened? I haven’t written fan fiction in years so not sure how good the writing will be. These plot bunnies just wouldn’t leave me alone though. This is purely wish fulfillment for me. ^.^;
Eight year old Katerina regains her past life memories, vaguely, and avoids getting engaged.
Instead of worrying about meeting her doom, she instead tries to find Prince Gerald a different fiancée so he’ll stop trying to trap her in holy matrimony.
Edit: Now going into their Academy days as well. The story has gotten out of control. So much for a short story. -face palm-

Ch 5
Time Travel fix it? Dick is the Chosen of Nyx/Nut or something. He saved Jason, who is Oyspray, by paralyzing he Joker. Dick was a John Doe that showed up via magic pinned to the walls of Central City’s hospital. (This fic inspired Somebody that You Used to Know, which is why they share similarities. But this fic has more Justice League and magic. Also not seen from Dick’s POV.
He’s revealing the Court of Owls, speaks a ton of languages and is tight with the kinds. To fund his vigilantism he helps himself to the drug money. And—when Dick saved Jason from death, he changed and took that fate on to himself. So now he’s captured by Blockbuster and possibly gonna die?

Ch 7, darn, I was hoping Dick would kill the Joker. But paralyzing him is okay too I guess. (I’m just waiting for the worst to happen and for Joker to somehow comic book logic back into moving. X.x)
Dick dies in his universe, William Cobb, stabbed him. But shortly after he was stabbed his body was magic’d into another Earth, with his wounds healed, but scarred over.
Dick keeps being a vigilant, but with domino and gas mask. (That looks very cool in my mind. Like that Mad Dog from Villian with a Crush on Webtoons) he doesn’t choose a name. Just says he’s a nobody when Tim as Alvin, asks.
Bruce is still Bats, but Jason is Oriole. Instead of being beaten in Ethiopia, Jason gets grabbed by Joker in Gotham while Bats is as world. Dick, named Ghost by Tim, rescuse Jay. He also sends Tim to the Waynes… for some reason? Ivy isn’t Poison Ivy, but a street walker?
Back on Dick’s original universe, his brothers notice he’s missing/dead/teleported. (This is after Spyral, where everyone is oddly pissed at Dick for not being dead.) Also Dick can’t swallow solid foods because of his death. :( Poor guy
Dick meets Spoiler in the fastest chapter and gets to meet Jason in civvies and talks to him too.

Dick adores Damian and Damian adores Dick. But what I love the most about this fic is that Jason blew Slade’s head off. A lot of these stories leave the kidnapper/abuser alive to escape another day. Jason said not today satan. :)
