"Zephrael wasn’t scared of horses. It was true. They always seemed calm around him and the caretakers were always a bit shocked at the matter. He really didn’t have a reason to be afraid of them. If anything, other people were more afraid of him interacting with the horses. The stable hands more or less took over any sort of tasks they could, even though Rae knew the others around the ranch were allowed to clean the hooves, feed them, and even ride them."

"Continuing the weave, Rae found himself wondering if this is what it felt to be a spider. Manipulating strands to create something new. Maybe it would get destroyed the next day or maybe it would stand the test of time until he was no longer alive to even see it. Spiders were seen as disgusting things even as they built beautiful webs. They were almost always doomed to die around others. He wonders if he has more in common with spiders than he thought."

"Sunder hadn’t been around a group of people for this long in a while. For the past few years it’s been only Kelly and before then it was no one. It felt nice to have people he could call allies, maybe even friends. They had stopped for the evening in the forest on the way back to the city, Zephrael complaining about how tired he was enough for all of them. Everyone seemed to know their role in terms of how to set up everything, make a fire, sort out food, figure out watch, Sunder found himself staring fondly. They all hadn’t known each other for long, but there was trust there. Friendship maybe. Sure he wouldn’t be caught dead sharing his deepest secrets and neither would the rest of the party, but she’s already sharing parts."

Fainting due to blood loss is probably one of the most embarrassing reasons Zephrael has fainted in recent memory. The party had come out of a big fight with quite a few people worse for wear. They had brought some healing potions but Rae had taken it upon himself to make sure they wouldn't have to use the limited amount they had. It wouldn't be for awhile before the party could head back into civilization for more supplies, having traveled too far to turn back yet still being ways away from their destination.

Towns on the coastline always seemed to be shrouded in mystery. Lost and forgotten souls, strangers that smile as if you were a close friend, and whispers that follow through the fog are what greeted Argentum when they first entered the town of Dalry. They had come due to reports of fog “swallowing people” and these people never being found again, even their remains. A supernatural phenomenon that Argentum knew they would have to follow. They stomped on the spider that attempted to get closer and grabbed their notebook. Some statements from the townsfolk would be a good place to start.

Zephrael enjoyed hanging out with his friends. They’re all a rambunctious bunch and it’s honestly a miracle they all get along as much as they do and also the fact that Alphonse is able to wrangle them every week for DnD. However, hanging out with all of them at once was exhausting at times. Rae enjoyed his dose of chaos, but it being constant was a total strain on them. He knew the others agreed since after a few days of hanging out it seems that they all scatter off to their own lives with only the groupchat being their connections. Now Zephrael enjoyed some peace and quiet but that doesn’t mean they enjoy being alone all the time.

Elena Sqloint sometimes wonders why she does what she does. Going online under the name Rumiracle, Rumi for short, and entertain the masses via livestreams where he has no idea what is going to happen. It was something that was both terrifying and freeing, going into something that was unpredictable like that. Elena was used to having full control over every aspect of her life and to give up just a bit of it and let people interact back was a little scary. At least throughout the months Elena has been doing this it’s been easier and he’s learned how to handle certain situations better.

Summary
In a perfect world, The Wall could perfectly describe their surroundings up to even the most minute detail. The way the sun sets upon the horizon, how towns practically explode in colour whenever there’s a festival, or even just the small root that Zephrael is going to inevitably trip on. He’ll be caught before he can fall face first on the ground of course, he’d always be caught, but it doesn’t stave off the shame and embarrassment that comes with doing something so silly. It’s why during a short resting period, Zephrael finds himself standing above where Argentum is sitting and saying,

Summary
Trust was both hard to believe in and freely given when you are someone in Zephrael’s shoes. When you cannot look with your own eyes without an intense pain overtaking your senses and forced to blind yourself, you have to rely on your other senses. Or other people. Zephrael sometimes cursed the blindfold that he had forced upon his eyes. It blocked out the painful rays and still allowed darkened shapes to appear through the fabric but it was still debilitating through another way. He was thankful he had found The Wall eventually, scorned by tripping over small tree roots and the occasional bandit who knew he couldn’t fight back. Maybe that affected his attitude more but he’s never been one to beat around the bush before.
