Off enough that he’d sent a text to Hollander even though he’d promised himself, absolutely promised, that he’d keep his hands to himself while they were in Russia for the Olympics. It was dangerous to do this shit here. He knew it was dangerous, but still his own instincts had almost forced him to send the invitation.

He'd started the list as a fresh recruit and labeled it “stay away,” but its exact meaning changed as Leiter moved closer toward belonging on the list himself. At the moment of Bond's cataloging, Leiter would have titled the list something like "proceed with caution."
In retrospect, he could have been a little more cautious.
