It was just a standard dream/nightmare. She was in a strange place, there was a strange creature, oh! There's even a body nearby! Yep, typical Wednesday night nightmare. Summoning lightning after a couple breaths? That's definitely a different power, it's normally fire or ice, occasionally even wind. Whatever this place is, she didn't recognize it.
Thank goodness there's a...surprisingly buff candle-headed boy to help? Okay. What anime is this??

Summary
After a really, really, really bad day at work, new manager Gwyn is ready to walk away from everything stressing her out. An anime otaku, D&D nerd, literary and video game buff, she wakes up the next morning in an entirely new place with a familiar face. Now what's a girl to do when you're in Middle Earth with nothing but the clothes on your back and a cheap blade in hand? Not to mention Middle Earth copies of your family running around. Gwyn struggles the path of a whirlwind/doomed romance all the while wondering if everything is real or just another dream. Only this dream has the real danger of shattering her heart on waking.
After spending the past 5 months with the Durins, Gwyn is now on the timeline for the movies. So much has already changed, she doesn't have a clear picture of what will happen now.

After having the time of her life at an anime convention, twenty year old Gwyn is kidnapped by a shifty Wizard while still in her cosplay outfit. To make matters worse, he was Early. Way too early. Now, a Gwyn without the appropriate foreknowledge, or even lore, has to navigate a landscape and political intrigue WAAAAY outside of her comfort zone. Oh, and the "parents" of the guy she found an attraction to hate her guts. This whole thing couldn't possibly get any worse.

Alerie Targaryen is born in this strange summer storm. She dreams of another as a child. One where a man with no nose kills her in a forest, where she dies alone surrounded by ghosts.
It doesn't make much sense to the young Targaryen Princess, but she thinks it might if she could find the right twig.

Summary
Lyarra Snow has lived all her life knowing she was the bastard daughter of Lord Stark and Ashara Dayne. But her mother died in childbirth, so she lives with her father.
She's happy, but the stigma of being a bastard hangs over her head like a bad weather. It doesn't help that Lady Stark disliked her presence.
Things begin to change through a letter to her Kingsguard uncle, as well as an unexpected visit by the Royal Targaryen family and from there, she strikes up an almost unwilling friendship with the crown prince.
All around the realm though, things begin to pick up. The Tyrells hunger for the crown prince. Varys schemes as he usually does. Blackfyres are stirring once more... And something awakens deep in the North.

Robert's rebellion never happens. Rhaegar never kidnapped Lyanna and she ends up marrying Robert Baratheon.
Things are good. Great even.
But like regression to the mean, nothing usually lasts long, and the realm begins to face dangers from both the human side and the inhuman side.
Lyarra Snow has a purpose to fulfill, same as Aegon Targaryen.
Hopefully time doesn't run out on them.
