depressed lawyer dan and burnt out like a candle writer phil who meet at an airport and dan trauma dumps on phil, they meet again a year later when phil writes a book where instead of dan, he is honest and open about himself (first time for everything)
honestly I loved how dan’s depression and way of coping by reading and obsessing with something he loves was portrayed here (and might have hit a little close to home🥲)
Its such a cute and awesome fic and I absolutely loved the ending chapters, I feel like the writer really nailed their personalities in a realistic sense (especially how they handled things in their own way that didn’t feel like a script (hah get it phil😈)
