Update (15/05/2026): I've decided to condense the story from 8 chapters to 7; it works much better in terms of pacing and worldbuilding. And yes, Tom Riddle is completely defeated, but the intense turning points will come in Book 4. The series isn't over, I just need to focus on my graduation. See you in the next work!
Update (20/05/2026): Look, I'm having a bit of a crisis keeping everyone perfectly in character, so I’m going to need you all to just imagine what actually happened during secret mission in your own heads. One thing is for sure though: Rowling’s Tonks is definitely not an MI6 agent, but mine apparently is. 😭

Summary
The story takes a major turn from the universe we know: Voldemort attacks Godric's Hollow in 1981 as a result of Peter Pettigrew's betrayal, but James Potter already disappeared and is presumed dead after a potion explosion.
The surviving Lily and baby Harry are taken to Severus Snape's house (Spinner's End) for protection. Lily and Severus, cleansed of the burdens, regrets, and misunderstandings of the past, gradually fall in love and get married. Severus adopts and raises Harry as his own son.
They also secretly work with Dumbledore to find Voldemort's horcruxes (ring, cup, diadem, etc.) and eliminate the Dark Lord's threat.- Words:

Summary
