   Summary

   Dean dreams of a dying child and is concerned how children fare in heaven. Cas intervenes, showing the angels charged with caring for "the little ones" who have no immediate family in heaven. However, the children are soon stolen from heaven. Dean, Sam, Cas, and the head Carer angel seek out the traitors and restore order.
