Summary
Bonesborough is, like any other cute little town on the coast, a major tourist trap. Its beaches, beautiful weather, and quaint little businesses are well known. Especially its wonderful Parks’ resort located just north of town. Many families come to visit it every year as an annual summer tradition.
Matt’s family is unfortunately one of those families. Not to mention longtime friends with his now ex childhood friend Bria. The last thing he wants is to be anywhere near that place, or her. But of course he has no choice in the matter. So here he is, stuck in bonesborough for the month with nothing to do but avoid her and bake in the sun.
Gus has just graduated high school a few years early, thanks to being a child prodigy. He’s set to go to MIT this fall (an accomplishment his dad won't stop boasting about), he’s got a summer job with willow at her family’s resort. From the outside everything is coming up Gus. but with life moving so fast, he’s wondering is this really what he wants?
Now what happens when they bump into each other this very summer. Literally. On the ground in a locked closet.
