Summary
Zanka would say he and Eishia are good friends—that is, if being good friends means only interacting with her whenever he goes to the HQ’s medical room to get his injuries treated. So, when a new Cleaner recruit takes an obvious interest in their only healer, Zanka unexpectedly finds himself growing increasingly hostile with the new guy for reasons he refuses to admit.
Or: Eishia is oblivious and Zanka refuses (and fails) to let the new recruit's schemes get on his nerves.

Summary
There's nothing more complicated than being in love with two people (with clashing personalities) at the same time. Jabber seems to be enjoying the relationship, the one he's squishing himself in. Eishia doesn't understand it all at first but she's growing to handle them both how they like. And Zanka is still wondering how the FUCK things ended up here.
Or Zanka, Eishia, and Jabber get together somehow.
