Summary
As the Shadow War looms, the command staff on Babylon 5 learn that the Shadow ships are affected by the presence of telepaths. They are also aware of the increasing involvement of the Psi Corps’ Black Omega squadrons in the skirmishes breaking out between resistance cells and EarthForce ships loyal to Clark.
In an attempt to be prepared for the war that they know is coming, they form a bold plan to train their own, unique squadron of telepathic pilots, who will be based right there on Babylon 5, and who will, hopefully, help tip the balance just enough to make a difference.

She was drowning under the pressure to do great things after the war. Drowning under all of her childhood trauma. Drowning under all the attention, the victory balls, the fundraisers, the appearances, and having to relive her worst nightmares for everyone else over and over again. Drowning under the heartbreak of losing the only person she loved as much as Harry and Ron. Hermione was drowning and showing.

Summary
This series takes place after Season 4, and diverges from canon there. Susan Ivanova is now in charge of Babylon 5, and is shocked to find that, when the new commercial telepath finally arrives on station, he brings with him his wife, one Talia Winters.
Talia is herself, once again. But her memory is shattered by the events of the previous three years, and the work done by Psi Corps to remove the programmed personality. She has no recollection at all of her time on Babylon 5. But then certain places, and certain people, evoke flashbulb-type recollections that eventually lead her to seek help in remembering who she was.
