"We've got a friend in common." The customer flips over her menu to the back and presents Zeff with the wanted poster he can't get his staff to stop plastering all over the Baratie. The terrible photo does nothing to hide the family resemblance.
"Vinsmoke Reiju," she adds, pulling Zeff's eyes down the poster to its caption. Vinsmoke Sanji. Dead or Alive. β1,032,000,000.
"Is that so," Zeff breathes, and fumbles for a chair.
Reiju stops by the East Blue's premier floating restaurant for a cup of tea and a chat with the proprietor.

Summary
This time it’s Ace’s turn to freeze. “Huh,” he says dumbly. He rocks forward, hand tight on the railing beneath him, and looks over at Luffy. “Uh, hey, Luf. There something I should know?”
“Nah,” Luffy says simply, and it seems like that’s that, for a moment. But then he points an accusing finger at Sanji with a little glare and goes, “Hey, I’m not a boy!”
“What?” they all go. Sanji, Nami, Usopp and Vivi. The only one who doesn’t say anything is Zoro, who just looks at Luffy like he— they? she?— is a puzzle to solve.
(Sanji, for her part, might be feeling a little bit betrayed.)
or: Sanji thinks Luffy is a guy. (Spoiler: she’s not.)
