Summary
Heroes and villains. This fragile balance hung over the quirked world for hundreds of years. The villain's selfish wishes range from understandable to downright heinous with the heroes job to stop them at every turn. This is how normalcy has been achieved. With UA wrapping up its Sports Festival, the future seems bright for the hero world...
Until 'they' appeared. The physical manifestation of a single desire who will disregard everything to achieve it. They have been referred to as 'Monsters.' Will they help heroes? Or prove to be far worse than any villain that came before?
Meanwhile, a certain Library is looking for its missing Abnormalities. Now where could they have gone to?
Or in other words: A ton of abnormalities from Project Moon escaped into the Hero World of MHA. Chaos ensues.
