This story explores the everchanging relationship between Katsuki and Izuku as they both learn to heal from their wounds, both physical and mental. OR: Katsuki and Izuku try to cope with the aftermath of the war and grow closer than they have ever been before. Katsuki makes a conscious effort to better himself and reach out his hand to Izuku. Will Izuku take his hand? And will Katsuki let himself acknowledge his growing feelings for his green-haired childhood friend?

It was supposed to be just a fake, but he somehow felt so right there, like a hidden wish came true. Even if he was no longer shadowed by his mistakes, the only way to escape is to deny the tempting fictional world, no matter how much he finds it better than real life.

Summary
Izuku has never questioned his admiration for Katsuki—it’s simple, sturdy, and completely pragmatic. Definitely not romantic.
Which makes it deeply unfortunate that his body seems to have developed… other opinions.

"Did you… want to have sex again?" Izuku asked, leaning forward so that he could rest his elbows on his knees.
"I haven't exactly thought about it," Katsuki lied.
How was he supposed to tell his best friend that the only time he's thought about having sex again was only if it was with Izuku? That it was Izuku that he wanted to share this experience with, to keep sharing tender moments and stolen kisses and soft caresses with?
OR: Two months after sleeping together, Izuku proposes they try again. This time, however, he wants to try something new.
