Summary
An AU where Morgan has low level persuasion powers along side their teleportation powers.
A quick explanation on their powers, subject to change:
It less like mind control* and more like they are just really, really convincing.
They can not force someone to do something they don't want to do.
They can only use it on one person at a time and they have to be fairly close range with the person.
It works best on strangers.
Despite the jokes Alex makes, Morgan has never even though about using that power on them. Alex is just a simp.*- Technically the power could become mind control if Morgan wanted to put in the effort of honing that power. But it take a lot out of them and is just a really boring use of their power. What fun would it be if he could just go to Fort Knox yell "Give me your gold," and walk away with everything? It would be way more fun and take much less effort to convince a disillusioned, over worked security guard to give them insider information and plan an elaborate heist using the guard as a scapegoat.

Summary
A series centered on Shinichi (Conan), Rei, and Akai, becoming a family of convenience for the sake of their cover and then becoming something a lot more irreplaceable than that. Akai x Rei slow burn, but mostly just family vibes.
Note: I use Shinichi's real name in this story, but he's still in Conan's body. Not a future, post-transformation fic.
