Most of the time, Tim is fine. He doesn't like to wallow in his own misery — not only is it unbecoming of a Robin, it just shows how much of a useless beta he is, not able to balance out his own emotions. When everything becomes too much, he likes to find himself a quiet spot where he can purr to himself and take down the walls he builds around himself.
In all the years he's been alive, no one caught him yet. He never expected his little purring session in Titan's Tower would be interrupted by not one, but two crime lords alongside another Tim, and even less so for it to turn as well as it does.

He's had to teach himself the common language that most fighters spoke, and while he couldn't pronounce a single lick of it, he could understand a few words here and there, and upon hearing the word 'blood' along with another word spoken with pure reverence in its tone, Technoblade found himself relishing it, embracing the blood king, the Blood God with the might of a man who's lost everything he's ever known.

Look, Phil was many things -he was adventurous, impulsive, a thrill chaser. One thing he wasn't, however, was stupid.
He knew humans weren't the safest species to be around, especially when they felt threatened. They had gained their reputation for a reason, and Phil had heard one too many stories about their prowess and resilience in a fight to not believe every single ounce of said reputation being based on truth.
So yeah, many people would take one look at the human currently laying on one of the cots in Phil's infirmary and immediately run away, all the while calling him a '"fool of a person who's just asking to be gruesomely murdered in the most painful way possible."

As it went, his eyes became more adjusted and he could start to make out what the alien looked like.
They were tall, at least compared to the aliens he was used to seeing, and he could just barely make out two bat-like wings coming from their back. They might’ve had hair on their head but he couldn’t really tell thanks to the distance and darkness between them. They had glowing spots on them and that had been what caught his attention originally. Had this been another scenario, he might’ve appreciated how pretty they were.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t another scenario and he didn’t have time to waste. He had to take advantage of the fact that they were headed to the other side of the ship so that he could run off and never be seen again. Maybe he could live his life out as a hermit in the woods! That sounded like a great idea!
(it didn’t, but it would be better than the alternative. almost anything would be better than the alternative.)
