Bruce was meant to update the security to not let him in, he knew that was the responsible, realistic, thing to do, but he was too afraid Jason would need something one day and find himself truly kicked out. He couldn’t do that. He had to make it as easy as possible to come back so maybe one day he would.

He realized that either Gotham had two duos of well-off father son combos by sheer coincidence or that belly laugh was just how kids his age always sounded. And weirdly enough Clark had never really been that close to meeting Dick, ever. Not that he had any reason to.
