He was standing there behind the doorframe, hair a mess as if he had been running his hands on it over and over again.

"Something inside her breaks as she runs away. She doesn’t need to see anything anymore. Nancy pushes the buttons of the elevator as if they are going to disappear, begging it to come fast. She’s sure both of the girls have heard her run away and push the door to make some noise. Maybe she really wanted to be heard, maybe she wanted Robin to realize that she was there, behind the door, listening to a very private conversation she shouldn’t be sneaking into.
Nancy sees Robin running through the long corridor of the hospital. Robin makes a surprised expression when she sees Nancy at the other side of the doors, slowly closing as the girl fades away. Their eyes meet between the distance, colliding and sparkling until Nancy can’t see her anymore."
