Summary
Life in Hawkins is a struggle, but people are doing their best to return to some kind of normal. Even with a tear in the earth, and what amounts to hell spilling out into their world. Vecna sleeps, but his evil lurks, and his presence, his malice, spreads. While Jim Hopper wants nothing more than to enjoy his blossoming romance with Joyce Byers and spend time raising his supernaturally powered daughter, the Upside Down has no room for happiness. When some of the remaining denizens of a quickly emptying Hawkins begin exhibiting strange, violent and mindless behavior, it's up to the usual crew to find the source and put an end to the chaos. Of course, when the faces of their enemies are those of their friends, things quickly get a lot more complicated.
I wrote about 30 chapters of this story before the new season started! So forgive things that no longer make sense <3
