At her confession, something in Jun-ho shifted. His lips curved into a slow, deliberate grin. There was a playful edge to his expression, a teasing possessiveness that contrasted the patience in his eyes.
"Still need a minute?" he asked, his voice dropping low, a teasing smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"No," she replied, her voice steady, the trembling in her chest replaced with a bold, unshakable confidence. The word slipped from her lips like a revelation, laced with every ounce of longing that she'd kept locked away for far too long. “I need you.”
