Mike searched his eyes. “Will, I’m right here. I’m here.”
“I know.” Will said, too quickly, as though he was compensating for something. He knew that Mike was with him, yet something was deeply, seriously wrong.
“I know.” He said again, quieter.
A beat. Will was breathing faster now, eyes focusing and unfocusing at what seemed like an uncomfortable speed. The air suddenly felt thicker. His eyes dialed in on the corner of Mike’s mouth.
“I can’t see you.”

Summary
Omega Will Byers Week day 2: traditional courting.
Will was used to the bitter sting of another failed courting, most ending before they could truly even start.
He knew it was sabotage, knew exactly who was to blame.
It had been over a decade since he'd presented as omega, since he'd escaped the captivity of the sinister alpha Henry Creel, and the dark necromancer had stalked him ever since, intent on claiming Will as his own.
Then a new suitor appears, one who isn't scared away so easily.
Will tries not to get his hopes up, but that's easier said than done, especially when the courting continues long past when others had given up.

Summary
Mike and Will are finally back together. The last year has been weird, but they are both eager to repair their friendship and to work as a team. So, when the Byers need a place to stay in Hawkins, Mike naturally suggests that Will can stay at the Wheelers and even sleep in Mikes room. Will tries to ignore the way his stomach flips everytime Mike laughs at one of his stupid jokes or how those brown eyes search for his when Will enters a room. He feels so selfish and ashamed, Mike and El are happy and head over heels in love.
Or so he thought.
While sharing a room, Will discovers a new side of Mike, which seemed impossible to him.
But Mike has dreams. And those make him start talking.Or
Mike and Will share a room, and Mike starts talking in his sleep, saying things that make Will question everything.

Mike and Will are taken by the military who take a special interest in Wills powers. While Will is subject to experimentation, Mike does everything he can to keep Will safe.

"Will!" Mike crashes to the ground next to him. Gets a good look at him.
Wills eyes are dazed slightly. They latch on to Mike anyways and he seems to sag with relief. The blood from Wills nose falls onto his lip. Into his mouth.
"That was- that was amazing!" Mike brings his sleeve up and wipes the blood away. He opens his arms and lets Will collapse against him, head resting on Mikes chest and Mike doesn't even think twice about how intimate it should feel.
