It all changes when he sees that both Will and his new boyfriend Carlton have posted each other on each other's Instagram. Stuck living with Lonnie until he turns eighteen after his parents messy divorce and bullied nonstop at school, he tried to seek solace in his best friends—that was until they started to leave him behind, too.
It’s senior year. Mike is still with Jane. Will is still in love with him despite all attempts to move on.
He had resigned himself that he could never have Mike, and he should be okay with that.
He could deal with the loneliness until he could rejoin his mother and brother after school finishes.

Mike’s groans and the squeaking of his bed continued getting louder and more frantic until, suddenly, they stopped.
The room fell silent, Mike’s heavy breathing the only sound, and Will became intensely aware of his own breath as he heard Mike start to stir.
Even though his heart was pounding in his chest, and he felt like he was about to pass out from lack of oxygen, he forced himself to control every inhale, every exhale, slowing down to an almost painful pace, desperate not to give Mike any indication that he was awake.
Faintly, he heard Mike sit up and speak to himself under his breath, “Shit. Not this again.”
Again!?
Will listened intently to every movement Mike made as he got out of bed, walked across the room, and opened a drawer. He heard the rustle of fabric and the soft snap of an elastic waistband, and his cock throbbed with renewed force as the realization hit him.
He came.
He came from dreaming about me.
