    Batman finds himself caught by an old foe who comes back for revenge. Trapped in a world where everything he dreams was true seems to be real, things he long tucked away begin to resurface. He knows deep down that this world isn’t real, but it’s hard to let go of something so, so good.
    Superman grows distraught when his best friend goes missing. He must find him and stop whatever new evil has taken Batman while he and the rest of the League weren’t watching. But will Batman be the same after this? Will he bounce back this time, as he had all those times before? Regardless, Superman will be there to make sure his friend is okay.

    OR
    A solo-mission-gone-wrong leaves Bruce trapped in a world that seems too good to be true until Superman breaks him free. Now he must pick up the pieces of himself he once tried so hard to tuck away.

    The second time it happens, Bruce felt like he was dying. How was he supposed to forget the feeling of his best friend's, his most trusted companion's, lips firm and insistent against his own?

    The third time is different, but Bruce wishes aloud that it wasn't. Little did he know, this admission was all it would take to make his wish come true.

    “Things change, Batman. Are you going to let more people die because of your pride?” There was no mistake. This was, indeed, an accusation. One that Superman was more than aware would hit Bruce right where it mattered. He was forcing him to listen.
    “Don’t,” Bruce warned. “I said I can handle it.”
    “No you can’t! Every night, you patrol without a break. You stop a crime or catch a villain. Most of the time, you don’t even let your kids help. You can’t keep doing this alone, Bruce. At least not with this case. Let me help you.”
    “You?” Bruce pinched the bridge of his nose, already done with pretending this conversation wasn’t getting on his nerves.

    A murderer is spreading terror in Gotham. Without a single clue or trail to follow, Bruce is getting more and more frustrated and reaching the limit of his capabilities. The Bat is stubborn and proud, the polar opposite of the golden son of Krypton, but he’s got no other option but to accept the help Clark Kent forces on him to solve the case.
    It’s a nightmare to try and keep his distance from the charming blue eyes and the soft smiles. But he can handle it, right?
