In which there's a new deputy in town, Stiles and Derek are in a long distance relationship, and--wait a second, that voice sounds awfully familiar.

Summary
It’s a pretty common occurrence for Derek to come home and be able to hear the slightly muffled music coming from wherever Stiles is in the house. This time, however, the music is louder than usual, and obscured not just from the earbuds but also Stiles’ intermittent humming and the sound of socked feet on his hardwood floor.
Derek makes his way into his house and isn’t entirely sure how he feels about what he sees.
Derek has seen Stiles dance before; at jungle, at his Dad’s wedding--even, on one very memorable occasion, in the middle of the cereal aisle--but in the years they’ve known each other, Derek doesn’t think he’s ever seen Stiles dance with this much abandon.

Summary
Stiles is not drunk, he’s tipsy at most. And Derek’s a werewolf with magic non-drunky powers, so clearly the only explanation here is that Isaac is a liar. (Stiles has a vague memory floating around his head of Deaton saying It’ll only be temporary, he’ll be back to normal within a week. I know this isn’t exactly something you want to do again, but it really could solve a lot of your problems in one go, but he disregards it. It’s probably not important.)
What definitely is important is that obviously Isaac’s a lying, deceitful man - Stiles has always said this, it shouldn’t a surprise to anyone. A liar with really pretty hair that Stiles wants to either pet or shave off and make into wig, he can’t decide -- but that’s besides the point.
“Does he know he’s talking out loud?” Isaac asks.
“Cuddles, Derek!” Stiles demands holding out his arms from his spot lying on the couch. “Werewolf cuddles and a nap.”

Ever since Erica had pointed out that Derek and Stiles had seemed different after Stiles had turned 18, it had become very obvious to the pack that their friendship had become something else. Something more. What none of them can understand was why neither Derek nor Stiles do anything about it.

It takes him a while to actually notice it’s not just Stiles sprawled across their couch, but to be fair to him, he isn’t really thinking about anything but finally getting some sleep and maybe liberating one of the cookies that Stiles thinks are well hidden behind the microwave. He's half way to covering the boys up with a blanket when he finally notices.
That is definitely not Scott McCall.
It is in fact definitely Derek Hale. Derek Hale the 26 year old. Who his son is currently lying on, head tucked under Derek’s chin, Derek’s hands clenched in the back of his t-shirt.
