Summary
In a quiet moment with her wife Lana, Darth Saevas (Lord Aralu), the Empire's Wrath, finds herself temporarily plunged into the Void by an essence of the Dark Side. There she is forced to confront the choices and figures of her past, a deep meditation on how she became the woman she is today.
Any chapters that veer from Mature into Explicit will be noted in the pre-chapter block. Tags and characters to be added as chapters update. I don't hold super closely to the KOTFE/KOTET timeskip or its events, though this work can be thought of as Sith Empire post-Eternal Empire era. The canon Alliance isn't always my jam, sorry.

Summary
Following her mysterious departure from the Indigo League's Elite Four, Lorelei finds herself in a new career as one of the the world's foremost experts on communication and the history of Pokémon Studies. As she gains notoriety among hopeful champions and academics alike, she makes her living as a traveling lecturer for labs, academies, Leagues, you name it, and finds herself crossing paths colleagues and friends on the road far more often than she ever did in Kanto.
Short to medium character studies ranging from one to a handful of chapters, centered on Lorelei interacting with others in the wide Pokémon world, in no particular chronological order. Mostly platonic encounters. Tags will be updates as chapters are added.
Any canon minors are aged up past 20*, some more than others. (Looking at you, Satoshi of Eternal Youth.) I don't write kids. Existing adults are mostly their same age, sometimes a couple years older where needed to accommodate the story.
*With one exception: Burnet and Kikui’s son Lei, who is a toddler.
