Summary
Sam and Dean are faced with the very real repercussions of their most recent hunt, which happened to take a greater toll on them-- both physically and mentally-- than normal (even for them). Sam's struggling with his mental state and his canon-typical feelings of self-worthlessness, and Dean, being the caring big brother that he is, tries to help in any way he can.
