Summary
Mírë's life is anything but ordinary- it is bleak. Full of abuse and hardships at the hands of her family. Kept secret from the world as their daughter, Mírë is disguised often as the help. Except on certain occasions when her parents try to arrange for her hand in marriage at a young age. Despite their best efforts all fails, and Mírë seems to live a life of misery and being stuck at their mercy. But everything changes one day when her father accepts the possibility to betroth their eldest daughter to a Fëanorian Prince.

Summary
After multiple millennia and much healing in the Halls of Mandos, Maitimo was ready to be reborn and finally live in peace with his family and his beloved husband. However, when the Valar announce that they will be giving one of them a chance to go back and help take down Sauron once and for all, he offers himself for the quest. Not only does he have the highest chances of not being recognised -now that he has the right hröa, that is- but he has a younger brother to find and drag back home to their family, as well as a son to apologise to.
Sauron never really stood a chance.
