  The knife had been given to the servant years ago when he was being trained to protect his master. Jamil had been forced into daily lessons on how to fend off attackers and kidnappers. How to take blows and stabs, how to block weapons and fists, how to be a human shield. Each week focused on a new move. They even instructed him how to kill, if necessary.

  Summary
